At Shark Limited Partnership, we strive to produce and deliver every order with the highest quality and care. Delivery times vary depending on the type of product and the complexity of your order.

Production & Processing Times

Many of our products are made to order. Estimated production times are:

  • Digital Printing: 1–2 business days (for online order)
  • Large Format Printing: 2–5 business days (for online order)
  • Laser Cutting & Engraving: 2–5 business days (for online order)
  • 3D Printing & Prototyping: Varies depending on print time and project complexity
  • Scale Models & Custom Fabrication: Quoted individually based on project requirements
  • Personalized Gifts: 2–5 business days (for online order)
  • Standard Retail Products: Usually dispatched within 1–2 business days

Production times may vary during peak seasons or for large orders.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Lebanon and can arrange international shipping for selected products upon request.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or quoted before order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment details when available.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

Order Collection

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from our showroom during business hours after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

Returns

Custom & Personalized Products

Because these products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or produced incorrectly due to our error.

Standard Retail Products

Unused, unopened, non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
