Do I need an appointment?

A: No. You are welcome to visit our showroom during business hours. For large projects, architectural models, or commercial orders, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can prepare a quotation and production schedule.

How do I place an order?

A: You can:

Can I request a quotation before ordering?

A: Absolutely. Most custom projects—including 3D printing, laser cutting, architectural models, signage, and large-format printing—are quoted individually based on size, materials, production time, and finishing requirements.

Can I upload my files online?

A: Yes. You can upload your artwork or design files directly through our website when placing an order or requesting a quote.

File Requirements

What file formats do you accept for printing?

A: We recommend high-resolution PDF files whenever possible. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and other common graphic formats. If you’re unsure, simply send us your file and we’ll review it.

What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?

A: Preferred formats include STL (.stl), OBJ (.obj), STEP (.step/.stp), IGES (.igs/.iges), and 3MF (.3mf). If your file requires preparation or repair before printing, our team can assist.

What file formats are required for laser cutting?

A: Laser cutting requires vector artwork. Accepted formats include AI, DXF, DWG, SVG, EPS, and vector PDF files. Please convert all fonts to outlines and ensure your artwork is prepared at the correct scale.

Can you design my project if I don’t have a file?

A: Yes. Whether you have a sketch, an idea, a photograph, or technical drawings, our designers can create professional artwork, CAD drawings, or 3D models ready for production.

Printing & Production

What is the largest size you can print?

A: We produce everything from small business cards to large banners, posters, exhibition graphics, vehicle graphics, window decals, and signage. If your project exceeds our standard print width, panels can be professionally joined for a seamless finish.

What materials can you print on?

A: Depending on the application, we print on paper, photo paper, canvas, vinyl, adhesive films, PVC, foam board, acrylic, polypropylene, and many other specialty materials.

What materials can you laser cut or engrave?

A: We work with acrylic, MDF, plywood, cardboard, paper, leather, certain plastics, rubber, and other laser-compatible materials. If you’re unsure whether your material is suitable, contact us for advice.

What materials do you use for 3D printing?

A: We primarily print using PLA and PETG filaments for FDM printing, as well as high-detail resin for SLA printing, depending on your project’s requirements.

Do you produce architectural models?

A: Yes. Architectural models are one of our specialties. We manufacture presentation models, study models, urban planning models, competition models, engineering prototypes, and custom display models for architects, universities, and developers.

Production Times

How long will my order take?

A: Production time depends on the service, project size, material availability, and finishing requirements. Small printing jobs are often completed within one or two business days, while custom fabrication, 3D printing, and architectural models may require additional production time. We will always provide an estimated completion date before production begins.

Can you handle urgent orders?

A: Yes. We understand that deadlines are important. Rush production is available for many services, subject to workload and material availability. Please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you deliver?

A: Yes. We offer delivery throughout Lebanon. Delivery charges depend on the destination and order size.

Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International shipping is available for selected products and custom projects. Please contact us for shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times.

How will I know when my order is ready?

A: Once your order has been completed, we’ll notify you by email, phone, or WhatsApp. You may then collect your order from our showroom or arrange delivery.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, Whish transfers, and the payment methods available through our online store. Payment options may vary depending on your location and the type of order.

Do custom projects require a deposit?

A: Yes. Large custom projects, architectural models, signage, and fabrication work generally require a deposit before production begins.

Returns

Can I return a custom-made product?

A: Because custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or produced incorrectly due to our error.

What if there is a problem with my order?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the issue. We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or reprint the item.
